Our Story So Far
2 years ago, our Co-Founder and CEO Eynar Isaev was in the midst of launching a tech-focused startup in the sales and lead generation space.
Like any rapidly scaling startup, they were rapidly attracting interest and taking on new clients, which required the software and tech behind their platform to continue growing.
One of the biggest struggles he faced was finding the right coding skills from reliable engineers who could keep up with the pace of developments. He found himself spending more and more time vetting and interviewing new workers - with no guarantee they’d be here the following week.
Soon after, it became clear that they weren’t alone. Whether it’s large corporations struggling to find English-speaking supporting teams or startups like Eynar’s requiring new skills from new developers in quick succession.
After many months of working with freelance developers from the usual ‘gig-based platforms, he sought to find a different way.
At that point Eynar met Yury Kusik - a successful engineer-turned-entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in programming. The two embarked on the journey to transform the hiring landscape by providing access to the untapped engineering markets across the globe. At the same time, to avoid the attrition risks associated with hiring freelancers, the two founders focused on contracting engineers from the leading agencies globally.
