Remotehats is a platform for hiring screened & verified engineers from the top 2% of partner agencies on-demand and long-term.

Our agency eligibility checklist considers only those businesses that spent a certain amount of years on the market and passed the 50-developers mark. At this stage, we review their track record and 3rd party references and understand their culture and processes. Particular attention is paid to their time zones flexibility, fluency of English among their developers, as well as affordability.

All engineers are individually and independently technically assessed - only mid and senior-level engineers with 4 years of commercial experience are eligible to join our platform.

Within 24 hours you’ll have a brief in your dashboard on the matched engineers - we’ll provide you with the 2-3 most relevant developers. All that remains is to sign the contract and start the cooperation.

We offer a 3-day risk-free trial where you pay only if you’re satisfied and stay with us. In the unlikely scenario, we’ll provide you with the replacement free of charge, effectively restarting the free-trial period.

None. We only require a monthly advance payment to secure the selected developer(s)’s commitment.

You communicate with each and every one from your newly contracted team directly. Our Success Manager will always be there for you to facilitate with any project, financial, recruitment or legal-side related questions.

Our AI matching tool sources for the right developer not just on relevancy of their professional profile to your project, but, as well, on their past experiences in relevant industries/projects. We shall only supply you with one or two most relevant to your project engineers.

Share the details on the profile of the developers you’re looking to contract. As a consequence, we run an internal match and send you up to 2 best profiles within 24 hours.. After a 1:1 call with the engineer, and assuming you choose to continue, you sign the contract with the agency on the platform the same day, and voila - the right talent just joined your team!

In the first 3 days you can walk away free of charge if you are not satisfied. If you choose to stay, in the initial 3 weeks you may terminate with a 1-day notice. After the initial 3 weeks of collaboration, the notice period is the standard 10 days.

We select agencies that have 50+ engineers in-house (we do not shy away from smaller agencies provided they are doing exceptionally well) 5 or more years of market presence, a stellar public track record, dozens of successful cases and healthy growth pattern.

Each one of our agency partners is assigned a Partner Success manager who reviews the uploaded profiles, maintains their current availability and advises the agency representatives on topics that require attention. All developers pass an independent technical and language assessment test before being admitted to the platform.

All of our developers are employed locally by their agencies and mostly operate under a hybrid model of working.

We source our agency partners globally and prefer to focus on their track record rather than location, though we prefer to limit our focus to Eastern European countries such as Hungary and South Asian geographies such as India, Vietnam and Korea.

Our service includes an assigned Client Success manager provided to you at the start of cooperation. Besides, once the developer is contracted you are free to add him to internal communication channels. We also provide you with a time tracking option to ensure your developers are fully committed while being with you.

The minimum commitment of any single developer is 120 hours a month.

Our pricing range is between $25 - $55/ hour where the upper range will get you experts with 10+ years of experience and fluent English.

We do not charge any costs prior to starting the engagement, neither do we have any recruitment costs. All charges made are calculated on the total amount of hours a developer is contracted.

In the initial 3 days of working with our talent you have the option of walking away free of any charge if you are not satisfied. That being said, we also offer free replacements and in such cases you get to trial each new developer for another 3 days.
